SMARTGATE (PT Indo Mahakarya Gemilang) holds its license by Indonesian Ministry of Men Power (KEMNAKER RI) to serve as Occupational Safety and Health Service Provider in the field of Electrical Engineering (PJK3 Bidang Listrik). The license makes SMARTGATE an authorized institution to run certification program for Experts and Technician of Occupational Safety and Health in electrical engineering (Ahli K3 Listrik and Teknisi K3 Listrik).
The Decree by General Directorate of Supervisory and Control over Men Power and Occupational Safety and Health number KEP.47/PPK&K3/VIII/2015 on The Development of Candidates for Experts on Occupational Safety and Health in Electrical Engineering requires the following:
- Planning, installation, modification, maintenance, checking and testing of electrical equipment in the workplace must be conducted by Experts on Occupational Safety and Health in Electrical Engineering who owns the certificate, appointment, and authorization card issued by the Ministry of Men Power or by the appointed officials.
The Decree by General Directorate of Supervisory and Control over Men Power and Occupational Safety and Health number KEP.48/PPK&K3/VIII/2015 on The Development of Technician on Occupational Safety and Health in Electrical Engineering requires the following:
- Aside from Experts, the planning, installation, modification, maintenance, checking and testing of electrical equipment in the workplace may also be conducted by Technician on Occupational Safety and Health in Electrical Engineering who owns the certificate, appointment, and authorization card issued by the Ministry of Men Power or by the appointed officials.
